I can help you guys on your english if you want. English is my first language, also I was born and raised in California.

Oh, and kelebear is right. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. English is a horrible language to learn if it isn't your native tounge. Even I still make mistakes.

My colleague just try to emendate me when I speak Chinglish. So I can learn more and more. Just like my boss say: communicate is more important. So, just talk and do not care about the expression.

I overlooked the English writing before ,and now it's keeping bringing troubles to my English learning.
And now I practice a lot just like I did in English reading and spoken English
just hope it could be better

Please, dont' be embarassed to go to this forum and type english. Noone expects you to be a master of a language that you didn't grow up learning at home.

In California the important languages to learn are Spanish and Chinese. I can read and write spanish pretty good but I don't feel embarassed to make mistakes. My chinese is REALLY poor but I really want to learn it and in order to learn you have to make mistakes first.

I agree with kelebear.We do not need to use big words in commnications.It is also not necessary for us to use complicate grammar.<Long time no see!>.It is clear enough for us to understand each other.The important thing is your feeling in speaking English.

Everyone who want to learn English well must be confident, don't be scared, otherwise you will dare not to say, and no one knows your mistakes, how can your English be improved?
